Orders & Returns


We aim to dispatch all orders received as soon as possible, usually this means orders placed before 12 noon (weekdays only) will be posted on the same day. Should there be any queries with your order or unexpected delays, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity using the phone number or email address provided.

Should any items on your order be out of stock, we will usually contact you to discuss your requirements and choose the most appropriate option.


At Elite Moto, we offer FREE economy delivery on all items. This service is usually provided by Royal Mail 2nd Class or 48/72hr Courier.


We offer a 14 day return policy, so if you do have a change of heart, there’s no need to worry, you can still return your item for a full refund. However, please note that we do not offer a free returns service, so you will be required to arrange the return post. All items must be unopened and in re-saleable condition.

Faulty Items

We will always replace/exchange/refund any faulty or defective item. Damages must be reported within 5 days via email to info@elitemoto.co.uk quoting your name, address and order reference. Pictures of faulty items or damages can also be included.
